Obscured by Clouds is the sixth studio album by the English rock band Pink Floyd, released in the UK on June 2, 1972. It was also the second and final soundtrack album to be released under the Pink Floyd name, following More (1969). The album serves as the film score for the movie La Vallée, written and directed by Barbet Schroeder.
The album was created in two recording sessions in Paris while the band were on their 1972 tour of their then-unreleased album, The Dark Side of the Moon (1973).
