The Final Cut is the twelfth studio album by the English rock band Pink Floyd. It is the band's last album to feature bassist Roger Waters, who would depart from the band in 1985. It is the only Pink Floyd album not to feature keyboardist and founding member Richard Wright, who had been pressured to leave the band during production of The Wall, the band's last album. Waters is solely credited for the songwriting on every song on The Final Cut.
